Article 1, dealing with fees; and Article 2 dealing with use of migratory and waterfowl stamps.
Amendments to correct fees for Department issued licenses, stamps, tags, and permits that were amended in the previous rulemaking. Amendments include:

-Corrected fees for Class A and Class I fishing licenses.

-Reduced Class F and Class G licenses for children 10 to 13. This keeps licenses consistent with new family Class J and Class K family licenses.

-Clearly lists tags and stamps received when purchasing a Class L, Class M, and Class N super conservation hunting license.

Five-Year Rule Review

The Arizona Game and Fish Department's five-year review of rules listed in Article 3, dealing with taking and handing of wildlife, has been approved by the Governor's Regulatory Review Council. These rules regulate lawful seasons and methods of take for wildlife as well as conduct in the field.

The Department anticipates intitiating rulemaking to enact the suggested changes in a timely manner.
Completion and approval of a five-year review does not change law. The purpose of a review is to determine whether existing rules are effective and enforceable, and to develop methods to resolve any deficiencies.

The Arizona Game and Fish Department's five-year review of rules listed in Article 6, dealing with rules of practice before the Commission, has been approved by the Governor's Regulatory Review Council. These rules regulate Commission presentations and communications, and petitions for rule changes, road closures, and other issues with no remedy in statute, rule, or policy.

The Department anticipates initiating rulemaking to enact the suggested changes in a timely manner.
