BLM seeks public comment on proposed Wild Burro Management Plan in and near the Black Mountain Herd Management Area

KINGMAN, Ariz. — The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is seeking public comment on a proposed wild burro management plan in and near the Black Mountain Herd Management Area (HMA) in western Mohave County. The comment period ends April 1, 2020.
