Commission pronghorn tag to be auctioned at AAF banquet, June 16

TEMPE, Ariz. — The Arizona Antelope Foundation is holding its annual Hunter Clinic, followed by its Recognition/Fundraising Banquet, on Saturday, June 16, at the Embassy Suites, 4400 S. Rural Road in Tempe. Space is available.
The Hunter Clinic will provide a review of hunting and scouting strategies and cover a variety of topics. Arizona Game and Fish Department wildlife managers will be on hand to discuss different units. The clinic is free for AAF members, $20 per person for non-members (the fee includes a 2018 membership). The annual banquet provides recognition to individuals and raises funds to support projects benefiting Arizona’s pronghorn antelope. One of the highlights of the evening is the auctioning of an Arizona Game and Fish Commission special license tag for a pronghorn hunt. If you want a chance to hunt for some of the biggest pronghorn antelope in Arizona, consider buying this tag. The tag is good for any buck antelope, and the hunting season is 365 days (Aug. 15, 2018 to Aug. 14, 2019) within Arizona.
The cost to attend the banquet is $65 for an individual, $100 for a couple, or $500 for a table of 10. Youth 17 and under can attend for $20.
