A Scientific Activity License is issued for the handling or collection of wildlife for non-recreational purposes, such as: wildlife management, gathering information valuable to the maintenance of wild populations, education, advancement of science, or for the promotion of the public health or welfare.
Process: Complete and submit SALCL general information for the application process.

License valid: The license is valid until the third December from the date of issuance.
Amendments: Submit in writing by e-mail, mail, or fax.
Email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Email is recommended to ensure any unnecessary delay in the application process. In the subject line include the SAL holder’s last name and License # (e.g. Jones, SP789665).
