PHOENIX — The Arizona Game and Fish Department is continuing to accept public comment on proposed amendments to Article 1 (Definitions and General Provisions) and Article 4 (Live Wildlife) developed during the preceding five-year review reports.
Article 1 (Definitions and General Provisions)
Public comments about the proposed Article 1 amendments are being accepted through Sept. 28, 2020, via either:

The final rule will be presented to the Arizona Game and Fish Commission at its Dec. 4, 2020 meeting.
