Public comment still being accepted for proposed amendments to Article 1 (definitions) and Article 4 (live wildlife) rules

PHOENIX — The Arizona Game and Fish Department is continuing to accept public comment on proposed amendments to Article 1 (Definitions and General Provisions) and Article 4 (Live Wildlife) developed during the preceding five-year review reports.
Article 1 (Definitions and General Provisions)
Public comments about the proposed Article 1 amendments are being accepted through Sept. 28, 2020, via either:
• Email: rulemaking@azgfd.gov or ebutler@azgfd.gov.
• U.S. Mail: Arizona Game and Fish Department, Attn.: Celeste Cook, Rules and Policy Manager, 5000 W. Carefree Hwy., Phoenix, Arizona 85086.

The final rule will be presented to the Arizona Game and Fish Commission at its Dec. 4, 2020 meeting.
