Wild About Arizona: Meet Arizona’s Owls
Join us for a virtual presentation about owls in Arizona. This engaging program will be presented by Arizona Game and Fish Department biologists Cheyenne Towne and Jeff Meyers and is sure to be a hoot. Owls have long been symbols of wisdom, steeped in myth and mystery. These remarkable birds can rotate their heads up to 270 degrees and fly nearly silently. Arizona is home to 13 owl species, each unique in size, shape, plumage and behavior.
