PHOENIX — The Arizona Game and Fish Commission is seeking public comment on a proposal to amend rules within Articles 1, 2, 3, 4, and 6 to implement the recommendations proposed in the most recent Article 3 (Taking and Handling of Wildlife) five-year review report.
The commission, at its March 17 meeting, voted to move forward with the proposed rulemaking. The proposed rulemaking can also be found here.
Public comments regarding the proposed rule changes are being accepted by email at rulemaking@azgfd.gov from April 14 through May 14, 2023.
The final rulemaking will be heard at the Sept. 8 commission meeting in Greer.
