The rental fee includes 25 round tables, 200 folding chairs, 10 trash cans, 1 podium with the AZGFD logo, a PA system and 4 rectangular tables. Additional chairs or tables are available for an additional fee.

• Facility Rules & Safety: I acknowledge that all participants must comply with Ben Avery Shooting Facility Clay Target Center range safety rules and the direction of range staff at all times. Failure to comply may result in removal from the facility.
• Liability Waiver: I understand that all participants will be required to sign a liability waiver before participating in any shooting activities. It is the event organizer’s responsibility to ensure all attendees complete this waiver prior to participation.
• Supervision of Minors: If minors will be attending, I confirm that a parent or legal guardian will be present and responsible for them at all times during the event. Children 4 and under may not be at the Range.
• Accuracy of Information: I confirm that the information provided in this form is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that significant changes to event details (date, attendance, activities) must be communicated to facility staff as soon as possible.
