What Is an Arthropod?
In this activity, students will read a short passage about arthropods, then use that knowledge to identify arthropods from a collection of images.
By completing this lesson, your students will be able to:
- Obtain and evaluate information from a nonfiction text about arthropods.
- List the common characteristics of arthropods.
- Use their knowledge to identify unknown arthropods from pictures.
